The Cooloola Coast Kart Club (CCKC) was originally founded in 1997. Through the hard work of founding members Mal Bunt, Greg Ryan, Steve Hill, Bruce Dummit, Col Leavey, and Richard,

our first race meet was held on the Gympie Gold track, located at 10 Runge Road Glanmire, on the 12th November 2006.

 

CCKC has a great reputation of hosting organised events with a friendly, family-oriented atmosphere. This is due to the dedication of our members, who work together to plan the details of every race meet. We also have a great team of officials that travel to our club from different locations within SE Queensland.

 

Located just 35 minutes’ drive north of Sunshine Coast and 6km from Gympie CBD, accommodation is readily available for race weekends, and camping is also available at the track.
